Peneca Rebula is a medium bodied quality sparkling wine. The characteristic bouquet is reminiscent of green apple, citrus and cider enriched with a pleasant bread crust aroma. The sparkling wine has a fresh, crispy taste and pleasant mouth feel. The gently sparkling wine, with its fine perlage and creamy mouth feel, this wine is ideal for festive occasions or as aperitif. Geographic origin: Goriska Brda in Slovenia. Height above sea level: 80 – 200 m. Variety: Ribolla Gialla. Fermentation: 100% in stainless steel; Secondary fermentation: 100 % in charmat tanks.
