The grapes are harvested manually, 100% destemmed. Vatting is followed by thermoregulation and lasts between 20-30 days. The wine is aged in amphorae over a period of 12 months, then bottled. Tasting: A rainy spring followed by a hot and dry summer bring balance and finesse to the wine. It exudes aromas of fresh fruit, strawberry, cherry, and white flowers with pretty, silky, delicious tannins.
