The Champagne Drappier Brut Nature is a cuvée in which nature expresses itself freely and totally: a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée, a 100% first pressing as it is always the case in the Drappier house, but with no dosage. All that remains is the natural residual sugar amounting to 2 grams per bottle. In addition, the use of an absolutely minimal quantity of sulphur gives the wine total freedom to express itself. Its color is ruby gold with coppery reflections; the mousse is barely exuberant but vivacious.
