This parcel-based cuvée, dressed in a luxurious case, is the champagne of gastronomy par excellence. It was the testing ground for sustainable viticulture, pushed to its paroxysm with the work of the soil by horse. Blendiing: 100 % Chardonnay dOger Grand Cru. 100% Chardonnay d’Oger Grand Bu. Fermentation: Stainless steel tank, malolactic fermentation 100% stopped. Dosage: Brut Nature (3 g/L sugar). Tasting notes: Yelow gold color, with very fine and lively bubbles. Nose: The wine reveals a great complexity of aromas of ripe white fruits. Palate: The first sensation is intense and generous. The white fruits found on the nose are echoed on the palate, and seem almost candied. This is followed by notes of caramel, almond and Poire Belle Hélène. The finish is persistent, and reveals a mineral, almost iodized note. In short, this cuvée makes us feel all the uniqueness that the plot can provide.
