The grapes for this wine are sourced from Alfredo’s vineyard in Lujan de Cuyo, and from small special vineyards from family and very close friends. 100% Malbec. Soil Characteristics: Mostly stony and sandy soils. Calcareous in small areas. Are of the vineyard: 25 years. 5 day pre-fermentation cold maceration. Total time of maceration, 28 days.
