“Quinta da Raza, located in the Vinho Verde region, has a microclimate that results from the harmony between the gentle slopes that surround us, the river Tamega which crosses the region and the magnificent exposure to the sun. The soil of granite origin, with clay and schist areas, reflects the generosity of this terroir. Our wine ‘Vicinus’ – ‘Neighbors’ in Latin is a reflection of our social sustainable approach.” Winemaking: Manual grape crop into small boxes (20Kg). Grapes destemmed and then pressed at low pressures. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized. Tasting notes: Bright citric color. Fruity pleasant aroma to citrus and green apple. Very fresh, fruity and crispy.
