Winemaking: Manual harvest. Tradition wine-making process and ageing with control of the temperature. 4 to 5 weeks vatting. Tasting notes: Garnet-red robe. Beautiful fresh nose of red fruits with a touch of violet cassis. In the mouth, the wine is frank, round with fat. The final has ripe tannins, silky and elegant.
