The Time Place Cabernet Sauvignon is soureced from a variety of vineyards throughout Napa Valley with the main portion coming from the Yountville AVA. Viticulture: Farmed using organic and sustainable methods. Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested and fermented using all native yeasts in stainless steel tank. After primary fermentation the juice is racked to French, oak barrels to undergo malolactic fermentation and ageing. Aging: 17 months in French, oak barrels with 50% being new.
