Revelry Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Aerials Series, Heart of the Hill Vineyard, Red Mountain, Washington

Red Mountain is known for having incredibly warm days and cool nights, with sand and loam soils which all in turn create some of Washington State’s most intense Cabernet Sauvignon fruit and truly incredible scale and structure. The wine has a beautiful nose and great balance in the glass. It will not overpower, but rather compliment, most any protein you pair it with. It is also a wine you could certainly enjoy stand alone. This wine is sourced from the Heart of the Hill Vineyard, planted in 2007. With age this planting has come to produce elegantly powerful wines. The 2019 vintage lends a freshness and a liveliness to this wine, from a site know most for its power and structure. Here there is a natural and refined elegance in the wine, which shows itself in a combination of preserved cherry, vanilla taffy, and cedar, with a beautiful ruby hue that extends from the heart of the wine to the edge of the glass. Aged 24 months in 75% new French Bbls.
