Incredible minerality and a smooth finish, the citrus and tropical fruit flavors continue to linger on the palate for several minutes. A warm, dry summer brought early September ripening to our 2020 Oregon Pinot Gris harvest. The result was balanced sugars and acidity. After fermentation, the wine rested on its lees in 100% stainless steel.”
