This Pinot Noir has been produced since 2002. 2017 vintage: A careful blend of Dijon 115, Dijon 777, Dijon 828 & Pommard clones. Gently aged in French oak for 10 months and reserved for additional bottle aging before release, our Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is made to endure, building power with age. Taste profile: Classic Dundee Hills nose of spicy, black pepper, tobacco, and red fruits. Mid-palate leads to red and black cherry, toasty oak, and baking spice flavors. Elegant and delicate with persistent soft tannins and seamless acidity from beginning to end. Vineyard Designation 4% Lillie’s Vineyard, 96% Rambouillet Vineyard. Aged 10 months.
