“Established in 1982, Montinore Estate is one of the largest producers of certified estate wines made from Biodynamic® grapes in the country. With our 200-acre Demeter Certified Biodynamic and CCOF Certified Organic vineyard located in north Willamette Valley in Oregon, we focus on producing superior Pinot Noirs, cool-climate whites, and fascinating Italian varietals. The ‘Red Cap’ Pinot Noir reflects our special place in the Willamette Valley. Protected by the Coastal Mountain Range, mature vines and varied soil types lead to complex fruit and concentration, while still providing for our trademark marriage of texture, acidity and plenty of nuance. Medium in body wit notes of ripe Bing cherries, plum and chocolate that blend with an array of wild berries.
