Joe Cash, a native of Greenville, has spent years working in the world’s top kitchens,
such as Chef Thomas Keller’s acclaimed Three-Michelin star “per se” in New York City,
as well as Chef Rene Redzepi’s Two-Michelin star “noma” in Copenhagen, Denmark, 
which famously held the position of number one restaurant in the world for
multiple years.

After Denmark, Cash headed back to New York to become the Executive sous chef
at hospitality powerhouse Major Food Group’s original spot, Torrisi Italian Specialties.
When Manor food Group won the  bid to bring new life to the iconic Midtown Manhattan
skyscraper, The Seagram Building, Cash was charged to be the Executive Chef at the Pool, 
Major’s premier dining destination specializing in seafood with a modern French flair. 

Cash currently splits his time between New York and Greenville.
