Influenced by the Middle-Mosel Valley in Germany and the Alsace region in France, Teutonic Wine Company celebrates the characteristics of these wine regions in Oregon. Only working with cool-climate growing sites, adhering to natural farming practices and minimal intervention, Teutonic wines reflect all that is natural in winemaking, from the vineyard, to the cellar, and to the bottle. Jazz Odyssey is a blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling, Viognier and Muscat. It’s a zippy off-dry wine with hints of apple, cinnamon and cider that’s make it a perfect pounder-wine on a hot summer day.
