Champoux is one of the most famous vineyard’s in the Columbia Valley, so Sineann’s Peter Rosback was excited to be offered a little Cabernet Franc from the site in 2004. His initial plan was to blend the Cab Franc with other Bordeaux varietals, but then he tasted it – and Sinean’s Champoux Cabernet Franc was born! This one is a big wine jam packed with berry/cherry fruit and just the right touch of Cab Franc herb and wood spice. Alcohol – 14.8%.
