This sparkling wine is produced in full respect of ancient traditions, using Prosecco grapes grown on the Veneto hills, in the heart of the Soave production zone. It is characterised by a fine, light perlage and a fresh and aromatic perfume. It is perfect both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to light dishes. Method of production: Soft pressing of the grapes. Natural fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16° C for 10 days. The sparkle is obtained in tank at 16° C until a pressure of 2,5 bar is reached and then the wine is chilled. This temperature is maintained until the moment of bottling.
