Hollandia Spiced Leyden

“In 1898, a small group of dairy farms in Holland committed to crafting premium cheeses using the highest quality ingredients. Growing into the Royal Hollandia of today, our cheesemakers continue to use their same methods, creating a centuries-old tradition of premium quality.” Leyden, from Dutch: Leidse kaas, is a semi-hard, cumin and caraway seed flavored cheese made in the Netherlands from cow’s milk. It is made both in factories and on farms, historically in the Leiden area.
