Gran Valley de Montecelo 1-year Manchego DOP Cheese

Manchego Gran Valle de Montecelo comes from the most awarded dairy in la Mancha, being the most awarded Manchego in the World Championship Cheese Contest in Wisconsin and can look back on three generation of cheese making history. It comes from one of the few dairies in La Mancha which are specialized in producing only sheep cheese and is the only which is able to produce raw and pasturiese Manchego and such specialties as Oveja al Romero Artesano and Sheep Cheese in Olive Oil in sufficient quantities and with the BRC certificate. Gran Valle de Montecelo is slowly aged under perfect conditions so it can develop the true Manchego taste. The milk comes from selected breeds which graze on pastures abundant in wild herbs.
