Vineyard location: The vineyard ‘Cravona’ where Eurbaluce vines are planted is located in Briona. The vineyard was planted in 2009. Variety: Erbaluce 100%, this variety is locally known as Greco Novarese. Training system: Guyot. Vintage: Harvest stared during the first days of September, the grapes were hand-picked and collected in 20 Kg baskets. The yield was 60 q.li/ha. The clusters exposed to the direct sun light turn into a beautiful bronze color. This change along with the laboratory analysis helps to determine the best picking date for this variety. Tasting Notes. Color: yellow with some greener hints, an authentic Erbaluce vintage. Aroma: herbaceous and floral, intense. Taste: dry, savory, favored by a full body which makes it round and full.
