Grape variety: Brachetto and Moscato grapes at 50 %, the percentage may vary depending on the characteristics of the grapes in the individual vintages. Origin of grapes: The grapes grow in the hills of Agliano d’Asti and Nizza Monferrato. The harvest: The harvest of these grapes usually takes place between the first and second weeks of September, with manual harvesting and selection of bunches. Winemaking: In the cellar the grapes were gently pressed to preserve all the aromas, the macera must with the pomace for 4/5 days in order to extract all the color and the aromatic kit. After derailing, fermentation continues at low temperature in an autoclave with foam grip. Bottling takes place in isobaric conditions, shortly before being launched on the market. Characteristics: Cherry color, with purplish tinges. Ampie and cogent wine; wild strawberry, raspberry and rose notes. Sweet and well balanced acidity that makes it a fragrant and well-balanced wine.
