2020 vintage: 78% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, 2% Marsanne. Tasting notes: This unique combination of grapes always produces a wine with a pleasant aromatic character and the 2020 is no exception. It has aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, baked apples, cinnamon, and a touch of creamy lemon custard. Poached pear, cinnamon, and a touch of fresh herbaceousness with zesty lemon provide a very avorful and bright palate. Production: 100% SS fermentation to dryness at cool temperatures to retain the maximum fruit aromas and flavors. Fruit was sourced from several Columbia Valley vineyards. No malolactic fermentation.
