Peach, gooseberry, lemon curd, citrus blossom and just a tinge of orange marmalade. Zippy and bright, with flavors of ripe lemon, peach and a tasty touch of fresh biscuits. Production: 100 % stainless steel fermentation to dryness at cool temperatures to retain the maximum fruit aromas and flavors. Fruit was sourced from several Columbia Valley vineyards including the
Yakima Valley and Columbia Valley AVAs. No malolactic fermentation.
