2016 vintage – 76% Sauvignon Blanc, 23% Chardonnay, 1% Marsanne. “Light straw color. Lively aromas of lemon peel, lemongrass, fresh warm pineapple and shortbread, with just a touch of sweet almond pastry. Refreshing acidity dances on the tongue with a hint of green apple flavor, which leads you into a pleasantly creamy lemon custard finish. This wine combines the more interesting aromatics and acidity of Sauvignon Blanc and cooler climate unoaked Chardonnay with the more inviting mouthfeel of a fuller bodied, warmer site Chardonnay ” – from the Winery. 100% stainless steel fermentation to dryness at cool temperatures to retain the maximum fruit aromas and flavors.
