2018 vintage: 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 19% Chardonnay, 1% Marsanne. Tasting notes: : Light straw color, brilliantly clear. Peach, gooseberry, lemon curd, citrus blossom and just a tinge of orange marmalade. Zippy and bright, with flavors of ripe lemon, peach and a tasty touch of fresh biscuits. Production: 100 % stainless steel fermentation to dryness at cool temperatures to retain the maximum fruit aromas and flavors. Fruit was sourced from several Columbia Valley vineyards includingthe Yakima Valley and Columbia Valley AVA’s. No malolactic fermentation.
