Since 2011, one hectare of the vineyard, located in the upper part of the plateau of the property, is dedicated to the production of a white wine: Tronquoy-Lalande Blanc. Two grape varieties make up its blend: Sémillon and Sauvignon Gris. The harvest is carried out manually in crates by successive sorting on the stand. Tronquoy-Lalande Blanc is vinified in barrels and raised on lees for 6 to 9 months. Of great finesse, this wine is endowed with a real aromatic personality of white flowers and citrus fruits.
