This is a 20 hectare vineyard located on clay-limestone plateaus in Puisseguin. There is a fine layer of gravel and clay over very thick limestone rock, which facilitates the infiltration of rain water and provides moisture by capillarity in times of drought. This wine is 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc. Fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete vats, pigeage and remontage. Grapes from each plot are put into separate vats. Just the right degree of extraction is sought during maceration. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel. Aged 18-24 months in 50-80% new barrels, depending on the vintage.
