Château Minuty Prestige Rosé 2019, Côtes de Provence, France

Beautifully situated in a Provençal village called Gassin, Château Minuty is a family owned estate that has belonged to the Matton-Farnet family for over eighty years, spanning three generations. The Prestige wines have been a must for over 25 years. Full of character resulting from subtly combining intensity and finesse, these wines reflect the perfect mastery of terroirs from the Côtes de Provence and illustrate the Matton family’s know-how amassed over several generations. This light rosé wine expresses some very intense aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers. On the palate, a velvety texture combined with a fresh flavor gives this wine a certain ethereal quality. Grapes: Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren, Syrah, Soil/Climate: Sourced from a rigorous selection of the best ‘Côtes de Provence’ vineyards. Vinification: De-stemming, crushing, low-pressure pressing for free-run juice selection, static settling and low-temperature fermentation. Tasting Notes: Color: Pale wtih pomeloo hues. Nose: Precise and delicate with notes of flowers and melon. Palate: Powerful and well balanced with hints of citrus and red fruit, highlighted by a pleasant minerality.
