All superior tequila starts with only the best ‘Silver’ or ‘Blanco’. Casa Noble Crystal Tequila begins as carefully selected mature Blue Agave plants, which have met strict requirements for water and sugar content. The agave is harvested when it reaches full maturity at an age of up to fourteen years. The agave pinas are slow cooked for thirty-eight hours in stone ovens. Then, using only the core and hearts of the agaves, the sweet nectar is extracted. The fermentation process is 100% natural, allowing the tequila to be influenced by the character of the agave, fruit trees, and other plants that surround the hacienda. A tequila must be distilled twice. Casa Noble is triple distilled.
