The winery, located in the heart of the Eola-Amity Hill of the Willamette Valley, was founded in 1998 by Jimi Brooks, known for his strong commitment to sustainable and biodynamic wine making. Sadly, Jimi passed away unexpectedly in 2004, and the winery is now owned by his 17-year old son, Pascal , who runs the winery with Jimi’s sister Janie Brooks Heuck. Amycas – This dry Alsatian blend pairs perfectly with sunshine. Expressive floral and tone fruit notes flow into a zippy, Meyer lemon finish. 2019 vintage – 29% Pinot Blanc, 25% Riesling, 27% Muscat, 11% Pinot Gris, 8% Gewurztraminer.
