2018 vintage -100% Merlot. Vineyard Locations and AVAs : Black Rock Vineyard (Yakima Valley), Vinagium Vineyard (Red Mountain), Lonesome Spring Ranch (Yakima Valley). Winemaking: Pump overs 2 times daily; pressed at 2-6% sugar; peak fermentation temperature 85 degrees; aged 17 months in old and new European oak barrels. This wine offers delicious, juicy dark fruit and cherry flavors layered with notes of cocoa, vanilla and toasted oak spice. A very elegant, richly textured Merlot which pairs wonderfully with salmon filet or fork-tender cuts of beef.
