Château Long-Depaquit is located at the heart of the village of Chablis, in Burgundy’s Yonne department. A stroll through the estate’s grounds, which boast centuries-old trees and a rose garden, offers a unique, timeless experience. “An exceptional 65-hectare legacy, our vineyards benefit from a sustainable approach to viticulture. Limiting yields and keeping interventions to a minimum during the vinification process help create authentic, mineral, elegant wines.” Located in Burgundy’s Yonne department, the ‘Montée de Tonnerre’ vineyard is located on the right bank of the Serein River, in the commune of Chablis. The purity of its subsoil is similar to that of its prestigious neighbour the ‘Les Blanchots’ Grand Cru. Tasting: Fresh, fine and typical with a mineral profile and notes of white-fleshed fruit. Fleshy on the palate with a solid base that is enhanced by a discrete touch of oak. 100% aged in Oak barrels for 10 months. final ageing in stainless steel vats for 2 months on the lees.
